Also think of any and all characters you could want to play and make them at launch. The earlier they are made, the quicker it rolls around to being their birthday and you getting free stuff.
Goons are apparently moving from Maguuma to Blackgate because of redditors. Apparently not finalized, unsure of accuracy of these reports. Lets not choose blackgate or maguuma though?
Two more servers to rule out. Neogaf is on Stormbluff but I don't think they are big enough (or retarded enough) to intentionally avoid like Goons and Redditors. I would absolutely like to avoid 4chan and Penny Arcade because they are so far below the class of reddit/SA shitlords that I am afraid I will get aids over the internet from them.
PA is on Fort Aspenwoon, and I'm pretty sure giving a web forum $10 makes you way more of a shitlord than any non-monetized endeavor.
Actually the fee plus the strict posting rules keep the shitlords out, you are probably the best example I can think of.
